We are never alone. ..even if we “feel” that we are at times.
If we make a mistake or stumble, we soon realize whatever we tripped over was a well disguised lesson that enables us to better understand who we are and what we are called to do.
So, why so busy?
Before you say, “I can’t settle down. I can’t feel peace because I’m so stressed out!” remember that every one of these Joy Breaks is accomplished by our CHOICE to do so.
All it takes for a mental assent to the idea of quitting, and the next thing you know, you’ve thrown your dreams away. OR you could draw on that warrior within you and smash those defeatist thoughts to rise up and keep trying.
I think we all can agree we don’t want to be that man, but are we? No matter what we WANT to believe, what do our actions reveal? Are we taking necessary risks and seeking to conquer our obstacles, or are we holding back?
To enjoy life and grasp the numerous and wondrous lessons it holds, we have to be intentional and live with eyes wide open.
Ok, so you’ve just had a rough week. Things didn’t go right, and all that you hoped to accomplish is still waiting to get done. Now what?
